About the role
As a Mendix Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, enterprise-grade applications using the Mendix low-code platform. You will lead a cross-functional development team while remaining hands-on in development, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational standards.
This role combines technical leadership, architecture design, and team management, with full ownership of the Mendix application lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Mendix developers and engineers while contributing hands-on to development
Manage agile delivery activities (sprint planning, backlog refinement, execution)
Review microflows, nanoflows, domain models, and UI components for quality and standards
