Post 1: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Post 2: Part Time – 22.5 hours per week
Shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM (work pattern to be discussed during the interview). This role operates on a two‑week rota pattern, which includes weekend working.
Starting Salary: £25,390 per annum, rising to £26,206 after 6‑month probation. The salary will be pro‑rata for part‑time hours.
Location: Short Stay Recovery House, Oak Tree House – Burgh Castle – NR31
The Short Stay Recovery House is a 24‑hour service for people who have experienced, or are experiencing, a mental health crisis but do not require a hospital admission.
You will provide crisis intervention and support to people who are experiencing a psychiatric and/or psychosocial crisis but do not require a hospital admission.
