Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning and Program Management (Program Development)
- Lead the annual strategic planning, design, and implementation of the Mental Health Program, defining objectives, initiatives, and clear metrics for success.
- Develop a program redundancy plan to reduce dependency on a single individual, ensuring the program's continuity.
- Design and maintain systems for program evaluation, including a Mental Health Program Impact Dashboard, correlating participation data with key HR metrics like retention, engagement, and incident reduction.
