Our Team Leaders are an integral part of the services we offer at Venture People. Acting as the lynchpin for staff, clients and stakeholders they are key to ensuring the continuity and quality of the services we offer. We are opening up a brand new service in Eastbourne and are looking for a Team Leader who has previous experience in the role to guide a new team and support 10 new clients in the service. You will be working closely with our experienced Service Manager to provide individualised support to our clients as they work to rebuild independence and resilience. About the Role You will be supporting clients presenting with various needs including mental health issues, learning disabilities and neurodiversity.
