M&E engineering and QS candidates with at least 3 years of experience in M&E or QS Consultancy firms are invited to consider a career as M&E QS with RLB here in Singapore. You will have the opportunity to eventually become a recognised Accredited Professional Quantity Surveyor under the APQS scheme and embark on a professional career in cost management.
