JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The MEPF Procurement Assistant Manager is responsible for planning, sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of MEPF materials, equipment, and services required for construction and engineering projects. The role ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality compliance, and adherence to project specifications and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with QS, Project Engineering, and Construction Team regarding project requirements.
- Ensure the project TOR and BOQ were all approved by the project team before the start of the procurement process.
- Review technical specifications and approvals in coordination with designers/engineering and project teams.
- Conduct bidding process and coordinate with project team and address all bid queries/bid bulletins with the project owner/facility manager, vendors, and contractors.
