Job Description
What requirements you'll need to be eligible - Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills to influence SME owners
- Enjoys walking the ground, talking to people and comfortable with cold call outreach
- Self-motivated, performance-driven, result oriented and eager to earn
- Experience in field sales, telco, payment solutions, or gig merchant onboarding preferred
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
What you'll be doing on the job - Canvass F&B, retail, and service merchants islandwide via cold calling
- Pitch (conduct sales presentation & demo) and onboard merchants to adopt the payment solution
- Conduct simple setup and merchant training (implementation is straightforward)
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
