NETS is looking for Merchant Engagement Educators to be the frontline ambassadors of our payment solutions. In this role, you will build strong relationships with merchants, helping them maximize the value of NETS services while also reaching out to businesses not yet on NETS to showcase the benefits of joining our network.
Key Responsibilities - Engage Existing Merchants: Strengthen partnerships by understanding merchant needs and guiding them to adopt and expand NETS services
- Identify and connect with non-NETS merchants: Introducing them to NETS’ secure and seamless payment solutions
- Educate & Support: Clearly explain NETS offerings, assist with onboarding, and ensure merchants feel confident using our services
