Your role

The Sr. Functional Consultant engages and aligns our customers with MES software and industry best practices. Conducts workshops to demonstrate the MES functionality and facilitates business process mapping to standard User Stories exercises.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Lead customer alignment to MES capabilities and industry best practices, including business blueprinting, user story workshops, and AsIs/ToBe process design.
• Define, align, and create User Stories and Acceptance Criteriacovering both standard functionality and unique customer requirements.
