Responsibilities
Monitor, support, and maintain the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) model, focusing on products, routes, operations, and lot movements.
Gather requirements and design, develop, and deploy new versions of Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) applications.
Provide Level 2 and 3 support around the clock for the seamless operation of production lines.
Collaborate with IT OSS and CIM support teams to enhance system response time and availability.
Document requirements and coordinate enhancements in the assigned area.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct training sessions for the associated applications.
Engage with other departments to identify opportunities for productivity enhancements and cost reduction initiatives.<...
