Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Engine assembly – Assly process for part fitment sequence. New Model :- Introduction, Check sheet preparation as per MPL, Inter face with ME Incoming Parts inspection Dimensional & Aesthetic requirement. Scheduled inspection of Casting, Forging, electrical & Propriety parts Conducting audit of engine assembly process . Conducting audit of vendors – C&M, F&M . Failure Analysis of NC Part for Assy Lines and field failures.Effective communication to Vendor, R&D, ME & Production to understand defect phenomenon.Effective communication to vendors for implementing corrective & preventive actions.Vendor audit NC, improvement points and corrective actions communication to the Management.Interface with Vendors, PPC, Materials for issues and for improvement projects / engineering changes / new model etcMetallurgical & Millipore inspection at vendor end & at e...
