Key Responsibilities:

1. Install and commission UIH diagnostic imaging equipment within the assigned product portfolio at customer sites.
2. Collaborate closely with the Customer Care Center at both regional and headquarters levels to perform troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and system upgrades for designated product modalities, under supervision.
3. Participate in service training programs and work toward obtaining the UIH Professional Certification to continuously enhance technical expertise and customer support capabilities.
4. Escalate issues in a timely manner when customer satisfaction or service quality may be impacted, ensuring compliance with contractual and service-level obligations.
5. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
