The Microbiology department within an established hospital in West Sussex are on the search for a Locum Microbiology Consultant for a period of 3-6 months initially with a view to extend.
Job Description
40+ hours per week10PA per week On calls TBCSpec. registered only – Duties on a Consultant Microbiologist: authorisation of results, daily clinical ward round (ITU/ complex infections/bacteraemia’s), dealing with calls for advice from hospital & community, deal with day to day infection control queries, attendance at MDT’s.
