D365 Functional/Technical Consultant (AI & Automation Focus)

The Role: You will implement and configure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite across the organization replacing manual legacy processes with intelligent, automated cloud solutions.

The AI Mindset

You act as an Automation Engineer. Instead of just setting up standard D365 modules, you actively seek out ways to deploy Microsoft Copilot and AI virtual agents to eliminate human data entry and augment user decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement core D365 modules including Finance & Operations (F&O), Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, and Human Resources.
• Deploy and tune frontier AI features, including Microsoft Copilot for Sales, Copilot for Project Management, and AI Virtual Agents for Customer Service.
• Configure the systems to seamlessly talk to the Microsoft Fabric Data Management layer.
