Overview:

Under general supervision, The Workplace Technology Platform Lead owns the strategy, governance, and business value of the Microsoft 365 platform, ensuring it enables productivity, collaboration, and compliant information management across the organization.



This role is accountable for defining the platform roadmap and operating model, setting standards for tool usage, and balancing user experience, risk, cost, and scalability.
