We are seeking an experienced Mid QA (4-6 years of working experience) to define and manage the overall User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy and execution for our IT projects. This role requires a seasoned professional who will develop comprehensive test plans, coordinate testing activities, manage defect tracking, and ensure effective communication between business stakeholders and testing resources throughout UAT cycles.
Key Responsibilities
UAT Strategy & Planning
- Define and manage the overall User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy aligned with project objectives and business requirements.
- Develop comprehensive UAT test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on functional specifications and user stories.
- Establish testing standards, methodologies, and best practices across projects.
- Define UAT entry and exit criteria to ensure quality gates are met.
