Job Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability and performance of Windows infrastructure, applications, and services.
• Design, architect, and implement Windows AD policies, optimization, and hardening in Windows environment.
• Automate repetitive tasks, workflows, and deployments using scripting or various technologies (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible).
• Deploy observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch) for system health monitoring.
• Manage workload patching strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and support across the internal team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business unit teams to ensure processes align with organization standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in a relevant field.
