Manage budget planning for own fleet operations Design route selection and scheduling plans Develop and maintain cost models Develop asset management process and logics Lead cost-saving and speed-improvement initiatives specific to own fleet Provide timely reports, dashboards, and insights to Management Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards in own fleet management Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field 3-5 years of experience in fleet management, transport planning, cost modeling, or logistics operations Strong analytical skills with proven experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and performance improvement Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets experience with BI or fleet management tools preferred Strong project management skills with ability to lead medium to high-impact initiatives Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external stakeholders Ability to w...
