Responsibilities

• Agency operational monitoring for the main business lines in SG GBIS Madrid, covering the EMEA perimeter.
• Checking the pre‑closing viability of contracts to be signed according to LMA standards.
• Ensuring compliance with KYC requirements and internal procedures.
• Post‑closing monitoring of the operation life, including analysis of covenants.
• Agency management in the three locations (Madrid, Frankfurt and Milan) across all Structured Finance business lines.
• Providing timely warnings and advice to the Business Office in Paris and Bangalore regarding deal characteristics.
• Maintaining close relationships with clients, Paris central teams, and local regulators in Madrid, Frankfurt and Milan.
