The Midwifery Fellowship Program Administrator is responsible for the comprehensive coordination and administration of the Black Midwifery Fellowship (BMF) and its associated training programs across multiple clinical and community sites, including the UCSF Women's Options Clinic, ZSFG Women's Options Clinic, ZSFGH Black Centering, ZSFG Birth Center, and ZSFG Obstetrics, Midwifery & Gynecology Clinics. This position applies specialized knowledge in program management, curriculum coordination, community engagement, and regulatory compliance to support a diverse cohort of trainees, including doulas, aspiring midwives, midwifery students, midwifery fellows, and faculty midwives. The Administrator manages all aspects of fellow recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and access provisioning, such as UCSF and ZSFG appointments, badges, and EPIC access.
