**Position Overview**

We are seeking a skilled **MIG and Stick** **Welder** to join a growing team in Middlesborough, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and customizing products using MIG and Stick welding while ensuring high-quality workmanship.


**Location:** **Middlesborough, MA**

**Pay:** **$20 – $30/hr (DIRECT HIRE)**

+ **Shift:** 1st Shift 8am-4:30pm

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with precision, following blueprints, and creating finished products from start to finish.

**What You’ll Do**


+ Interpret blueprints and follow specifications to produce custom products
+ Perform MIG and Stick welding on a variety of materials
+ Safely operate power tools and hand tools
+ Measure and mark materials to ensure accuracy
+ Prepare and finish surfaces (grinding, sanding, polishing)
