Migration Business Analyst Role Purpose The Migration Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in transformation initiatives, focusing on the migration of client, account, and transactional data into Temenos Transact T24. The BA will bridge business, data, and technology teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and auditable data transitions while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and facilitate data migration workshops with business users, SMEs, and IT teams to define data sources, transformation rules, cleansing logic, and acceptance criteria.
- Document all workshop outputs—including decisions, exceptions, issues, and dependencies—and obtain timely sign-offs from stakeholders.
