Job Summary The MIS cum Customer Service Executive is responsible for managing logistics-related reports, maintaining operational data accuracy, monitoring KPIs, and providing excellent customer support to clients. The role acts as a bridge between customers, warehouse operations, transportation teams, and management by ensuring timely reporting, issue resolution, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities MIS & Reporting - Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Generate MIS reports related to inventory, order fulfilment, transportation, delivery performance, and customer service metrics.
- Monitor and analyse key logistics KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and turnaround time.
