**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Mission Communications Analyst** to join our team. This is a **remote** position.

Become a vital part of our Sea-Based X-Band (SBX) Radar Mission Integration Team, providing essential communication support while afloat. This position follows a sea-rotation cycle of 75–90 days on duty, followed by up to 60 days off

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Monitor hardware performance and satellite link connectivity
+ Perform proactive monitoring of network elements alarms and alerts to identify those components/elements that may lead to or already are causing network degradation or failure. Accomplishes this through use of network management system(s) and associated assets on a continuous (rotating shifts) basis.
