As a skilled and creative professional, the Mixologist is responsible for crafting innovative, high-quality cocktails that reflect the hotel’s commitment to excellence. This position contributes directly to positioning the bar as a destination for distinctive and elevated drinking experiences.
Mixology Knowledge and Skills: A strong foundation in mixology is essential. The Mixologist should possess in-depth knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishing, along with a refined understanding of flavor balance and drink presentation.
