Key Responsibilities

• Operateand maintain manufacturing machinery following established procedures.


• Monitorprocess data, adjust equipment settings, and troubleshoot deviations.


• Perform complex setups requiring precision and attention to detail.


• Stage, move, and load raw materials using powered industrial vehicles and hoists.


• Conduct quality inspections andidentifyproduct or process defects.


• Follow production schedules andassistwith accurate reporting for each order.


• Support product changeovers including cleaning, materials prep, and equipment adjustments.


• Collaborate with team members tomaintainsafe, efficient operations.
