A Mobile App Customer Feedback Analyst is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and analysing user feedback related to mobile applications. The main goal of this role is to understand how users feel about an app, identify problems they face, and provide insights that help improve the overall user experience.
In this role, you will regularly monitor feedback from multiple sources, such as app store reviews (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), in-app surveys, customer support tickets, and social media comments. You will organise this information and categorise it based on themes such as bugs, performance issues, usability concerns, feature requests, and general satisfaction.
