Key Responsibilities
- Repair laptops and desktops by handling service requests in the metro area.
- Perform repair activities such as replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards.
- Conduct whole unit swaps and repair or replace PC peripherals.
- Close service tickets in real-time using the company-provided phone.
Key Qualifications
- Must have a reliable car and car insurance.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with laptop and desktop break-fix.
- Preferred background in computer-building.
