Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, tire replacements/flat repairs, brake repairs, electrical diagnostics, and basic structural repairs on tractor and trailer equipment •Oversee recall campaigns and sign off on completion •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair ABS system and specialized equipment including refrigerated units, lift gates, and frame alignment •May onboard and mentor new technician trainees; act as team lead to coordinate shift support and tasks •Follow all safety requirements while at a customer or rail yard •Professionally operate assigned service truck and according to company requirements; properly attend to service truck parts inventory •Accurately complete work orders and other written materials according to established procedures •Properly document damage t...
