The Senior International Mobility & Human Resources Specialist serves as a trusted advisor supporting FedEx’s growing international mobility needs across APAC and MEISA. As part of a lean global mobility team, this role partners closely with HR, business leaders, vendors, and internationally mobile employees to ensure smooth, compliant, and employee‑focused mobility operations. This role plays a key part in supporting FedEx’s international growth strategy by managing mobility programs, strengthening compliance processes, and driving operational excellence across immigration, tax, relocation, and assignment management.
