Job Description
Responsibilities - Review and action user-generated content against community guidelines
- Investigate Terms of Service violations including explicit content breaches, impersonation, and copyright claims
- Manage moderation queues by prioritizing risk and turnaround time
- Escalate high-risk edge cases to leadership with clear decision notes
- Identify emerging risk patterns to help improve policy and automated tooling
- Maintain detailed records of decisions to support audits and appeals
- Partner with Support and Creator teams regarding account restrictions and compliance
Requirements - 2+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or compliance
- Experience working in UGC or social platform environments
- Strong judgment and the ability to make fast decisions on complex, grey-area cases
- Must be comfortable reviewing adult-only (18+) content
