Mold Maintenance Techs1st shift (7am-3:30pm) Monday-Friday2nd shift (3:30pm-Midnight), Monday-FridayPay: $36-$42/hour based on experience plus -shift pre. 5% for NightsThe Mold Maintenance Technician is responsible for minor repair, assembly/disassembly and preventive maintenance of injection molds.Below are additional duties and responsibilities:

Troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair of plastic molds and hot systems.

Daily use of toolroom equipment such as mills, surface grinders, and lathes to facilitate mold repair or improvement.

Repair or request replacement parts, tooling, or hardware as needed to maintain replacement inventory.

Set-up and operate all hand-tool equipment along with manual toolroom machines.

Coordinate with our internal MGS Engineering department for specific operations or needs.

Understand and use toolroom inspection equipment as required.
