Schedule: 2nd Shift; Monday–Friday; 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $20–$30/hr + $1.50 Shift Differential

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Molder to support production operations within a manufacturing environment in Worcester, MA. This role is responsible for operating hydraulic, robotic, and manual molding equipment to form and shape products while maintaining quality and production standards.
The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work with molding materials, measuring tools, and production equipment in a fast-paced environment.
This position is expected to last up to 6 months to help support vacation coverage, with possible long-term hire potential based on business needs and performance.
