TEKsystems is currently searching for candidates interested in a Mortgage Closer opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola area!

Job Description:

+ To close first mortgage loans in accordance with applicable federal/state laws as well as the credit unions' policies and procedures.

+ Prepare mortgage packages for delivery to settlement companies for purposes of closing on conventional, Veteran's Administration (VA) and Federal Housing Administration (FHA) mortgage products.

+ To coordinate the closing and funding of assigned loan packages.

+ Authorize release of closing packages to closing agent.

+ Ensure credit, underwriting and property conditions have been satisfied prior to closing

+ Pay: $18.44/hour
