Job Description:

+ You’ll be the last set of eyes before funds are released. That means reviewing documents, verifying details, and making sure everything is accurate so loans can close smoothly and on time.

+ Review closing packages and catch missing or incorrect details

+ Verify wire instructions and help protect against fraud

+ Process funding for purchase and refinance loans

+ Work closely with closers, title companies, and settlement agents

+ Manage multiple loans at different stages and meet tight deadlines

What We’re Looking For

+ Strong attention to detail and organization

+ Comfortable reviewing documents and working with numbers

+ Able to multitask and stay on track in a deadline-driven setting

+ Previous office, admin, or clerical experience is a plus
