Description:
Provide operational support to mortgage lending teams by assisting with loan setup, document processing, and member follow-up. This contract role supports mortgage production activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution throughout the loan origination process.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Support Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, and Closers with daily loan production tasks

+ Assist with new loan setup, document indexing, validation, and system updates

+ Conduct initial member contact

+ Follow up on outstanding documentation and update mortgage status

+ Review production reports and escalate issues as needed

+ Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies to resolve discrepancies
