Set up and troubleshoot molds and processes.

Carry out routine mold maintenance during run.

Ensure molding process setting is according to the Molding Data Sheet and set cycle time.

To ensure all areas abide to the safety regulation, any concern on violation that may lead to safety issue has to be reported to his superior for action.

Support production to meet customer demands

Responsibilities:

To ensure quality parts are produced and meeting optimum output quantity.

Assist the production supervisor to control scrap and manage material usage according to plan.

To ensure all GMP S.O.P are religiously followed in all areas.
