**Job Description**

The Mover/Packer I plays a vital role in safely packing, loading, and handling household goods, with a strong focus on supporting military families. This position is hands-on and physically active, requiring the ability to lift and move items, follow instructions accurately, and maintain a professional demeanor while working primarily on military bases. The role does not require operating a vehicle or serving as a crew leader, unless hired separately as a Non-CDL Driver.
