Mr D , a division of the Takealot.com Group, is looking for a highly talented Senior Merchandising Associate to join our team in Cape Town.

This position reports to the Head of Retail for Mr D.

Purpose of Role

To own merchandising efforts across the Mr D On‑Demand vertical and ensure that we deliver on our commercial objectives. Drive engagement and conversion from customer traffic to app. Ensure order mix and commercial goals are achieved by reviewing and carefully curating hyper‑local merchandising strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own merchandising and promotional strategy across the Mr D On‑Demand vertical
• Drive merchandising with a focus on maximising partner discoverability and conversion
• Create and execute on a Merchandising Calendar attributing measures of success for all campaigns
