Position Summary:

To assist the MRI Technologist in their daily duties

What the MRI Aide will do:

• Assist Technologist with prepping patient for examination.
• Welcome and greet patients.
• Help get patients changed; Identify and assist with special needs IE: wheelchair, hearing defects etc.
• Transport patients and help move them to the scanner table.
• Aid the Technologist in positioning the patient for their scan.
• Answer phone and coordinate patient flow with nursing units and the Emergency Department.
