Description:

_As an MRI Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services using magnetic resonance imaging equipment. You'll work closely with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure accurate imaging, patient safety, and compassionate care throughout the scanning process._

Responsibilities:

+ Maintain clinical competency in all MRI procedures and equipment operation.
+ Properly identify patients using two identifiers and follow universal protocol for all exams.
+ Review patient history and physician orders to apply appropriate imaging protocols, including contrast preparation and administration.
+ Accurately document patient history and exam details in the electronic medical record.
+ Present relevant clinical information to the radiologist prior to the start of each exam.
+ Ensure accurate coding, tracking, and archiving of exams in RIS and PACS systems, and enter all related charges.
