Core Responsibilities:
Perform repair, overhaul, servicing, and modification of aerospace components in accordance with approved Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM), technical drawings, and work instructions. Disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, clean, repair, and reassemble mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components to required specifications. Conduct functional, pneumatic, hydraulic, and pressure testing to verify serviceability of components after repair completion. Identify defects such as wear, corrosion, leakage, cracks, or contamination and recommend corrective actions. Ensure accurate recording of maintenance work performed, materials used, inspection findings, and test results. Inspect tools, fixtures, rigs, and measuring instruments to ensure serviceability and valid calibration status.
