Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Develop and submit quarterly promotional plans aligned with sales targets and brand strategy.
  • Analyze trading terms and commercial performance of assigned key accounts to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales performance reports and actionable insights per account.
  • Lead negotiation and resolution of commercial issues with key accounts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop, propose, implement, and evaluate promotional programs to drive sales growth and market penetration.
  • Negotiate trading terms and commercial agreements to ensure sustainable profitability.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations and related teams to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.
  • Manage and control promotional budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROI.
