Location: Moody Outpatient Center
Primary Purpose Responsible for performing routine to complex quality images in at least two different modalities on a routinely scheduled basis.
Education Must be a graduate of an accredited imaging program for their primary pathway.
Examples:
- Magnetic Resonance Imaging
- Radiography (with certification in Mammography )
- Sonography
Experience Must have at least one year imaging experience for each certified modality
Certification/Registration/Licensure - If registered by ARRT; must have a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) certification from Texas Medical Board
- Must be credentialed through ARRT and /or RDMS
- Must possess two or more imaging subspecialties:
- Breast Sonography (BR)
- Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR)
- Mammography (M)
Must have a current Healthcare Provider
(BLS Level)
