Required Experience

• Plumbing installation and repair
• Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
• Air conditioning (AC), HVAC servicing, repair, and maintenance
• Painting and wall repair works
• General handyman and maintenance works
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Installation and repair of fixtures and fittings
• Basic carpentry and gypsum work (advantage)
• Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to identify problems and provide quick solutions
• Understanding of safety procedures and proper work practices

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily maintenance and repair tasks for residential, commercial, and office properties.
• Diagnose faults and repair plumbing, electrical, and AC systems.
• Conduct AC servicing, cleaning, troubleshooting, and gas checking.
• Perform painting touch-ups, wall repair, and finishing works.
