• Minimum 2-4 years of proven hands‑on experience in the UAE Integrated Facilities Management sector.
• Strong ability to interact with CAFM mobile applications, read digital faults, and operate under strict SLA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive preventive and reactive maintenance tasks across commercial and high‑end residential properties.
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC (Chillers/FCUs) and electrical panel issues while minimizing disruption to corporate tenants.
• Ensure 100% compliance with digital ticketing systems, closing work orders accurately and in real‑time.
