About the Role
We are expanding our Maintenance Officer team to ensure high-quality service across our Oxford key worker and student sites.
Day-to-Day Duties
Carrying out compliance checks (meter readings, flushing void properties, minor repairs)Completing small repairs (typically 15 minutes or less) across key worker and student accommodationMoving items across sites as needed, supporting property managersEnsuring all compliance requirements for key worker and student properties are metProviding excellent customer care and maintaining high standards of serviceRole Criteria
Must Have:
