Role Responsibilities:
General repairs and maintenance to the building fabric, including carpentry, tiling, wall and floor repairs. Painting and decorating (as and when required) Flooring repairs to include hard flooring, and carpet tiles.Basic plumbing maintenance and repairs. Basic plastering for making good damaged walls.
