Area: West London
Hours: 42.5 Hrs per week (Mon to Fri)
Hourly Rate: £21.40 PH CIS

Build Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced multi trader to join a client's reactive maintenance team.
Duties
- Carrying out a range of repairs and maintenance works across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and decorating
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to a high standard
- Making good after works completed
- Attending properties and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframes
- Providing excellent customer service when working in tenanted properties
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Experience working as a multi trader within domestic/social housing/council property repairs
