Overview

We are recruiting for Multi Traders to support our Southern Housing contract, working in partnership within the social housing sector across Kent. In this role, you will deliver responsive repairs and general maintenance works across both occupied and void properties, ensuring residents live in safe, well‑maintained homes. This includes carrying out multi‑trade repairs, completing high‑quality remedial works, and providing excellent customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of general multi‑trade repairs and maintenance works
• Undertake carpentry repairs and installations
• Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance works
• Carry out UPVC repairs and replacements
• Complete basic flooring repairs and installations
